Keyholding
Spanish law requires that someone in the country has a key to your property. We hold the key so we can access the property in emergencies or in case we need to service the property as part of a Property Management agreement. We offer our clients a contract that includes the keyholding AND maintenance or if you only want keyholding, we can do that too.
Pool Care
Every pool requires regular maintenance. We take care of weekly cleaning, ensuring the Ph balance of the pool is always correct. We work with a reliable expert with over 50 years’ experience from an 8m pool to a 28m pool. Pool heating systems can also be installed and repaired as required.
Decorating and Maintenance

Garden Maintenance
Whether you use your house for holiday rentals or personal use, the growing season in southern Spain lasts pretty much all year. So if your property has its own garden and irrigation system, we provide weekly visits from a tried and tested professional gardener. This will include fumigation as and when required. We are equally at home with the installation and repair of irrigation systems should this be required
Cleaning & Laundry Services
Apart from cleaning either before or after a rental, we also provide cleaners on a regular basis as well as pre-arrival for your personal use.
First Alarm Responder
As part of our Keyholding service, we also are the first point of contact should the alarm at the house be activated. We also arrange scheduled servicing visits with the alarm company to change batteries, check systems etc.
